Fabric Art by Lenore Crawford

Lenore Crawford's fabric art combine her love of France, their architecture, and flower gardens along with her passion for color and realism.  Their texture and warmth achieved from the fabric itself along with fabric painting give the art an impressionistic feeling that only this medium can produce.  She has won several prizes for her art and continues to develop and grow her medium

and style in new and beautiful ways.

After working in a medical laboratory and chemical  research lab for many years, I decided to

pursue art as a full-time endeavor. Creating art is my dream job.  I now walk up to my studio in my attic and play with fabric and fabric paint for a "job"!   Currently I am teaching my fusing/fabric painting using my patterns plus other techniques I use.  Some of my artwork can be seen at my Available Work link. Go to my Patterns page to see patterns available for creating your own art quilt. The above piece called Sunset over Lac Leman can be seen at Fabric fair in Bay City, Michigan, during the Tall Ships Festival in the month of July.  Let me create a commission piece for you using your own photos like I did using my photo to create the piece shown above..
